About the Corryville CDC
The Corryville Community Development Corporation was founded in 1995. We were created as a member organization in collaboration with the Corryville Community Council, Short Vine Association, and the University of Cincinnati. Our Board of Trustees continues to be comprised of members of the Corryville Community Council and the University of Cincinnati. Our organization is dedicated to making Corryville a vital community through various initiatives, development, and redevelopment projects.
In our 30 years of operation, we have helped to construct 140,000 sqft of research space and opened four retail spaces at One Stetson Square, completed 53 condos, operated 205 apartment units at the Village at Stetson Square, and spearheaded the renovation of the Turner Center.
Our Vision
Corryville CDC envisions a connected neighborhood where collaboration sparks innovation, community drives transformation, and vibrant places bring people together.
Our Mission
“To cultivate a thriving, inclusive neighborhood by bringing residents, students, local businesses, and institutions together. We empower community-led initiatives that reflect the needs and aspirations of our stakeholders. We are committed to driving innovation in placemaking, enhancing public spaces, and creating opportunities that inspire connection, celebrate creativity, and support resilient transformation.”
